Did not know I was a red wine fan until Friday evening.. funny what a few months with minimal sugar will do to you!

I had an awesome weekend, it was perfect to have my first show up in my home town Whangarei and to be able to share it with all my closest friends and wonderful family..
5 sleeps until the next show - bring on the cardio, the weight sessions, the de-carb and of course the RE-CARB... until next time
